Vegetables
- 🌱 300g bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
Seasonings
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 1/3 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp crushed sesame seeds
चरण
Wash 300g of bean sprouts thoroughly and boil them in water for 3–4 minutes.
While the bean sprouts are boiling, finely chop 1/2 stalk of green onion.
Once the bean sprouts are cooked, rinse them in cold water to cool and drain well.
Place the bean sprouts in a mixing bowl and sprinkle 1.5 tbsp of chili powder over them.
Add 1 tbsp of anchovy sauce, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, and 1/3 tbsp of salt to the bowl.
Drizzle 1 tbsp of sesame oil over the mixture.
Add 1 tbsp of crushed sesame seeds and mix everything thoroughly by hand.
Serve the spicy red bean sprout salad as a side dish or mix it with rice for a flavorful meal.
