- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 1/2 bag shirataki noodles
Condiments
- Sliced chili to taste
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
चरण
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Boil water in a pot, add shirataki noodles, and cook for 1 minute over medium heat. Drain the water.
Heat sesame oil and sliced chili in a frying pan until fragrant. Add shimeji mushrooms and shirataki noodles, stir-frying over medium heat until softened.
Add sugar and soy sauce, stir-frying until the liquid evaporates. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds before serving.
