- 🦑 250g sliced squid
Vegetables
- 1 red bell pepper (150g)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (150g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g)
Marinade
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp olive oil
चरण
Slice the squid into rings and prepare the vegetables by cutting them into thin strips.
Blanch the squid in boiling water for 1–2 minutes, then drain and set aside.
Mix the marinade ingredients (sugar, vinegar, salt, water, olive oil) in a bowl until well combined.
Combine the squid, vegetables, and marinade in a large bowl. Toss gently to coat evenly.
Serve chilled or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
