- 🦑 100g frozen squid rings
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1 tsp soy sauce
चरण
Defrost the squid.
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak in water, and drain. Microwave the potatoes for 4 minutes at 600W with a loose wrap.
Mince the garlic.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add garlic, squid, and potatoes, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Add the seasonings (salt, butter, soy sauce) and stir-fry for 1 minute. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
