- 5 garlic sprouts
- 1/2 red bell pepper

- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
चरण
Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and marinate with sake, salt, and cornstarch in a bowl.
Cut garlic sprouts into 3cm pieces and slice red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. Mix sugar, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to prepare the sauce.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, then add garlic sprouts and bell pepper. Stir-fry and pour the prepared sauce to coat evenly.
