- 100g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🥕 75g carrot, sliced thinly
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
चरण
Cut the carrot in half lengthwise and slice thinly at an angle.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the ground meat. Stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add the carrot to the pan and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Add the seasonings (mustard, sake, sugar, soy sauce) and continue cooking until the liquid evaporates.
