Vegetables
- 🥬 1/8 head cabbage
- 5 shiso leaves, chopped
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp miso
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
चरण
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and separate the leaves from the core. Chop the shiso leaves roughly.
Mix sake, miso, and chopped shiso leaves in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and cabbage core, stir-frying until softened.
Add the cabbage leaves and stir briefly. Then, add the mixed seasoning and stir-fry until well combined.
