Cut the pineapple in half. Dice the onion into 2cm pieces. Dice the red bell pepper into 2cm pieces.

Heat 1 tsp of salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork belly slices and grated garlic, stir-frying for 2–3 minutes until browned.

Use a paper towel to remove excess oil from the pan. Add the onion, red bell pepper, and pineapple, stir-frying for another 2–3 minutes.
