Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 1 pack (100g) shimeji mushrooms
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 2 tsp sesame oil
चरण
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a bowl and add the seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, garlic, sesame oil). Massage the mixture into the pork and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry until they become tender.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle chopped green onion on top.
