- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 3 bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms, separated
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
चरण
Remove the stems and seeds from the bell peppers, then slice them thinly. Separate the shimeji mushrooms by hand.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces and marinate with sake, salt, and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then add the pork and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add the bell peppers and shimeji mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Add the ☆ seasonings and stir briefly.
