Protein
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 100g lotus root, sliced
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli, cut into florets
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
चरण
Slice the lotus root into thin 5mm pieces and soak in water. Cut broccoli into florets. Place lotus root and broccoli in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain water.
Cut pork belly into 3cm wide pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork belly and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add lotus root and broccoli to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, pepper) and mix well.
