Meat
- 200g ground pork
Vegetables
- 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 🌿 6 basil leaves
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 a pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp sliced red chili
चरण
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stems, and slice thinly. Mince the garlic.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat. Once fragrant, add the ground pork and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the bell peppers and stir-fry until softened. Then, add the bean sprouts and seasonings (☆). Mix well while stir-frying, and finally tear the basil leaves into the pan and lightly mix.
