चरण
Clean the squid by removing the innards and cartilage. Cut the body into 2cm rings and the tentacles into bite-sized pieces.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the squid until fully cooked.
Add the seasoning ingredients (shio koji, ginger, and pepper) and stir-fry briefly.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
