Main Ingredients
- 🍢 180g tofu
- 2 tbsp perilla oil
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp perilla powder
चरण
Microwave the tofu for 1 minute to remove excess moisture, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the seasonings (except perilla powder) with perilla oil over low heat for about 30 seconds.
Add the tofu to the pan and stir-fry with the seasoning mixture for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Then add the perilla powder.
Continue stir-frying for another 30 seconds, then turn off the heat and let the residual heat finish cooking.
