Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Meat
- 🥩 100g ground beef and pork mix
Vegetables
- 🥬 150g spinach (1/2 bunch)
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 🌱 1/2 bag bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp yakiniku sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
- 2 tsp gochujang
Namul Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp white sesame seeds
चरण
Cut spinach into 4cm pieces and julienne the carrot.
Place spinach, carrot, and bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Rinse with water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix the vegetables with the namul seasoning ingredients.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add ground meat, and stir-fry until the meat changes color. Add yakiniku sauce and stir briefly before removing from the pan.
Without cleaning the pan, add cooked rice and press it down with a spatula to create a crispy layer. Flip and repeat for the other side.
Top the rice with the seasoned vegetables, cooked meat, egg yolks, and gochujang.
