    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
    • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
    • 💧 2 tbsp water

Peel the daikon radish and cut it into quarter slices about 5mm thick. Thinly slice the green onion diagonally.

In a bowl, mix all the ☆ sauce ingredients together until well combined.

In a microwave-safe container, layer half the daikon, half the pork, and some green onion. Repeat with the remaining daikon and pork. Pour the ☆ sauce over the layers. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 8–10 minutes, or until the pork is fully cooked.

Gently mix everything together, transfer to a serving dish, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
