चरण
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pot and cook the sweet potato pieces for about 10 minutes until soft.
Remove the cooked sweet potatoes from water and mash them with a fork.
Cut the apple into 1 cm cubes and add them to the mashed sweet potatoes.
Mix in the plain yogurt to make the salad creamy and easy to eat.
