- 🐙 200g boiled octopus
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌱 1 tsp grated ginger
Flour
- 🌾 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🌾 1 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- As needed frying oil
चरण
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce and grated ginger. Marinate the octopus pieces for 10 minutes.
Combine all-purpose flour and potato starch in a separate bowl.
Coat the marinated octopus pieces with the flour mixture.
Heat frying oil in a deep pan to 170°C (340°F). Fry the octopus pieces until golden brown.
Drain excess oil using paper towels and serve immediately.
