Main Ingredients
- 20g vermicelli
- 80g ground pork
- 50g boiled bamboo shoots
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 400ml water
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
चरण
Thinly slice the boiled bamboo shoots into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat, add ground pork, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add the seasonings (salt, pepper, chicken stock powder, water, and grated ginger) to the pot and bring to a boil. Skim off any foam or impurities.
Add the bamboo shoots and simmer for 3 minutes.
Cut vermicelli into smaller pieces using kitchen scissors and add to the pot. Cook for 2 minutes.
