सामग्रियां
Protein
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 300g firm tofu
- 80g canned tuna
Vegetables
- 200g bean sprouts
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 packet bonito flakes
चरण
Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk. Wrap firm tofu in paper towels to remove excess water. Drain the canned tuna.
Heat half of the sesame oil (1 tbsp) in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the tofu, crumble it, and stir-fry. Push tofu to one side, add the remaining sesame oil, bean sprouts, and tuna. Stir-fry until bean sprouts soften.
Add soy sauce and salt and pepper, mix well. Pour in the whisked eggs and stir quickly. Serve on a plate and garnish with bonito flakes and chopped green onion.
