Meat
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 turnips with leaves (160g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 🍅 200g canned tomatoes
- 💧 100cc water
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp consomme
चरण
Peel the turnips, cut them into wedges, and slice the leaves into 3cm pieces. Slice the onion thinly.
Heat olive oil in a pan, add pork, and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color. Add onion and stir-fry until softened.
Add the turnip wedges and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add the seasoning ingredients (☆) and mix well. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Add the turnip leaves and simmer until softened. Serve warm.
