Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
Vegetables
- 🧅 20cm green onion, sliced
- 15cm yam, grated
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp concentrated noodle sauce
चरण
Slice the green onion diagonally and cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
Peel and grate the yam, then mix it with the concentrated noodle sauce.
Combine all the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, mirin, sake, miso, sugar, grated ginger) in a bowl.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the pork until its color changes.
Add the green onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Pour the sauce into the pan and cook until the liquid evaporates.
Serve the cooked rice in bowls, top with the pork mixture, grated yam, chopped green onion, and egg yolks.
