Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🐟 1 can (70g) tuna
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🌿 1 sprig parsley, minced
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 300ml milk
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
चरण
Thinly slice the onion and mince the parsley.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add the onion and sauté until softened. Add drained tuna and stir until coated with fat.
Add flour and mix until no dry powder remains. Gradually add milk while stirring, and cook until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
Boil 2 liters of water in a large pot, add 1 tbsp salt (not included in ingredients), and cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
Combine the cream sauce with the cooked spaghetti and mix well. Serve on plates and garnish with parsley.
