Rice
- 🍚 3 bowls cooked rice (600g)
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 2 slices melting cheese
Oil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp dashi powder
- 🌰 2 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds
चरण
Mix the cooked rice with mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and sesame seeds thoroughly.
Cut the melting cheese slices in half.
Place a portion of the seasoned rice on a piece of plastic wrap. Add a piece of cheese in the center and shape into a rice ball.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and place the rice balls in the pan.
Cook on low heat until both sides are golden brown.
