手順
Heat a pan with a little oil and fry the egg. Break the yolk if you prefer fully cooked eggs.
Place sliced onion on top of the fried egg, sprinkle sugar to taste, then layer ham and cheese on top. Cover with one slice of bread and flip.
Flip the sandwich to cook the other side until golden brown.
