材料
Pasta
- 🍝 200g pasta
Garlic
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
Seafood
- 🍤 8 frozen shrimp
Spices
- 4 pepperoncino
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Oil
- 5 tbsp olive oil
Liquid
- 2 ladles pasta water
手順
Trim the garlic ends and slice into thin pieces.
Boil water in a pot with 1 tbsp salt and cook pasta for 8 minutes.
Drain the pasta and reserve the pasta water.
Heat 5 tbsp olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic and minced garlic on low heat.
Add pepperoncino and shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until shrimp is cooked.
Pour 2 ladles of pasta water into the pan and simmer on medium heat.
Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well.
Season with 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper to taste.
Plate the pasta and serve.
