Essential Ingredients
- 500g pork ribs
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
- a small amount of cooking oil
- a suitable amount of flour
- 2 bay leaves
- 5 whole peppercorns
- 🧄 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 stalk of green onion
- 🧅 1/4 onion
Seasoning Ingredients
- 6 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp gochujang
手順
Soak the pork ribs in cold water for at least 1 hour to remove blood.
Boil water in a pot with bay leaves, whole peppercorns, garlic, green onion, and onion. Add the pork ribs and blanch them.
Season the blanched pork ribs with salt, pepper, and cooking oil, then lightly coat them with flour.
Place the pork ribs in the air fryer basket and cook at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes.
Mix the seasoning ingredients to create the BBQ sauce. Coat the cooked pork ribs evenly with the sauce.
Place the coated pork ribs back in the air fryer and cook at 190°C (374°F) for an additional 5 minutes.
