Gochujang Pork Belly Ingredients
- 300g pork belly
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
Pork Belly Marinade Ingredients
- 4 tbsp gochujang
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
Coriander Salad Ingredients
- 2 handfuls of coriander
Coriander Salad Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- A drizzle of sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds

Slice the onion into thick strips and score the pork belly.
Season the pork belly with rice wine and black pepper.
Place the sliced onion at the bottom of the air fryer, then add the pork belly on top. Cook at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes.
Mix all the pork belly marinade ingredients to create the sauce.
Brush the cooked pork belly with the marinade on both sides and cook for an additional 5 minutes in the air fryer.
Chop the coriander into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the chopped coriander with the coriander salad seasoning ingredients.
