- 🍗 300g raw chicken breast
- 🧅 70g onion
- 35g red bell pepper
- 35g yellow bell pepper
- 35g green bell pepper
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp herb salt

手順
Defrost raw chicken breast in the refrigerator if frozen.
Cut chicken breast into 3cm cubes.
Cut onion and bell peppers into similar-sized cubes.
Prepare bamboo skewers and thread chicken, onion, and bell peppers alternately.
Season skewers with herb salt and let them sit for 10 minutes.
Brush skewers lightly with cooking oil.
Place skewers in the air fryer at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Flip skewers and cook for an additional 5 minutes at 180°C.
Serve skewers on a plate and enjoy!
