Dumplings
- 1/2 pack frozen dumplings
Vegetables
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1 red chili, chopped
- 🧅 1/2 stalk spring onion, sliced
Oil
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Sauce
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
手順
Chop the green chili, red chili, and spring onion into small pieces. Set aside.
Place frozen dumplings in the air fryer basket and spray or coat with cooking oil evenly.
Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes, flip dumplings, and fry for another 5 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
Heat a pan on high for 3 minutes, lower to medium heat, add 1 tbsp cooking oil, and sauté chopped chilies until fragrant.
Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, minced garlic, black pepper, and cooking wine to the pan. Simmer briefly and turn off the heat.
Add air-fried dumplings to the sauce and stir on high heat until coated. Turn off the heat and mix in spring onion.
