- 🍝 100g fettuccine pasta
Vegetables
- 🥑 1 avocado
- 🍅 50g cherry tomatoes
- 🌿 5 leaves fresh basil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 🧂 1/4 tsp herb salt
手順
Wash the avocado, slice it around the seed, twist to separate halves, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Dice the avocado finely.
Boil water and cook the fettuccine pasta for 6 minutes. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
Heat a pan with olive oil, add the cooked pasta, and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add the diced avocado to the pan and stir-fry with the pasta.
Pour the reserved pasta water into the pan and cook until the water reduces. Season with pepper and herb salt.
Add fresh basil leaves and cherry tomatoes to the pan. Stir well and serve.
