- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- 🥓 3 strips of bacon
- 🧅 1/2 stalk of green onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of ground pepper
- Sprinkle of sesame seeds

Beat 3 eggs in a bowl. Cut bacon into small pieces and chop green onion finely.
Heat a pan with some cooking oil and stir-fry the green onion to create aromatic green onion oil.
Add the bacon to the pan and stir-fry until slightly crispy.
Push the bacon to one side of the pan and pour the beaten eggs into the empty space.
Mix the scrambled eggs and bacon together and stir-fry briefly.
