Bread
- 🍞 2 slices of bread
Meat

Eggs
- 🥚 3 boiled eggs
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 pinch of salt
- A dash of pepper
手順
Prepare bread, boiled eggs, and bacon. Use 1 slice of bread, 1 boiled egg, and 1 strip of bacon per roll.
Separate boiled egg whites and yolks, then chop them roughly. Cut 1 strip of bacon into bite-sized pieces and mix with the eggs.
Trim the crust off the bread and flatten it with a rolling pin or a tall cup.
Brush the flattened bread with beaten egg using a cooking brush.
Fill the bread with the egg mixture, covering only 1/3 of the bread to allow easy rolling.
Roll the bread tightly and wrap it with a strip of bacon to secure the roll. Place the bacon seam-side down.
Brush the surface of the roll with a thin layer of egg wash.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 10-12 minutes. Alternatively, use an air fryer or pan-fry while rolling the rolls to cook evenly.
