Main Ingredients
- 🍗 10-11 chicken wings
- 100g rice cakes
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 pinches black pepper
- 1 green chili
- 💧 50cc water
手順
Soak chicken wings in milk for 30 minutes to 1 hour, then rinse and pat dry.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until sugar dissolves.
Heat a pan over medium heat and cook chicken wings until golden brown.
Add 100cc water to the pan and cover. Steam for 5 minutes to cook through.
Add rice cakes to the pan and steam for another 5 minutes.
Pour the sauce into the pan and stir over medium-low heat until thickened.
Serve the barbecue chicken hot as a side dish or main course.
