Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 handful bean sprouts
- 1 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 handful seaweed flakes
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- to taste sesame seeds
Seasoning Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
手順
Wash bean sprouts thoroughly and boil them in a pot with plenty of water for about 6–7 minutes with the lid on.
Mix gochujang, chili powder, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, mirin, and minced garlic to prepare the seasoning sauce.
Rinse the boiled bean sprouts in cold water and drain them well.
Slice green onion and onion thinly, then stir-fry them in a heated pan with cooking oil until softened.
Add cooked rice to the stir-fried vegetables and mix well.
Add the seasoning sauce to the rice and stir until evenly coated.
Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry everything together until well combined.
Drizzle sesame oil, sprinkle seaweed flakes generously, and finish with sesame seeds.
Top with a fried egg if desired for added richness.
