材料
Main Ingredients
- 300g bean sprouts
- 150g radish, thinly sliced
- 1/2 stalk green onion, diagonally sliced
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
Soup Seasoning
- 2 stock cubes
- 1L water
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp shrimp paste (solid only)
手順
Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly.
Thinly slice the radish, diagonally slice the green onion, and finely chop the green chili.
Pour 1 liter of water into a pot and add 2 stock cubes. Bring to a boil.
Once the stock is boiling, add the radish and cook until softened.
Add the bean sprouts to the pot and continue cooking.
Add the green onion and cook for a few minutes.
Add minced garlic and shrimp paste, stirring well.
Add the chopped green chili and cook for another minute.
Season the soup with additional shrimp paste to taste.
