- 🦐 15 shrimp, peeled and cleaned
Vegetables
- 1 bag of bean sprouts
- 🧅 1 green onion, chopped
Condiments
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- A small amount of minced ginger
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp red pepper paste
- 4 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧂 1 tbsp black pepper

- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Prepare the sauce by mixing red pepper paste, red pepper powder, minced garlic, minced ginger, cooking wine, sesame oil, corn syrup, soy sauce, and black pepper.
Peel and clean the shrimp, removing the heads.
Wash and prepare the bean sprouts.
Heat a pan and add vegetable oil over high heat.
Add chopped green onion to the pan and stir-fry to create green onion oil.
Add the shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until they start to change color.
Add the bean sprouts and pour the prepared sauce over them.
Stir-fry until the bean sprouts start to soften.
Mix well until the sauce is evenly combined with the ingredients.
