材料
Meat
- 🥩 200g beef (ribeye or sirloin)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 cup green onion (white part)
Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- a dash of sesame oil
- a dash of sesame seeds
手順
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and marinate with soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, minced garlic, and cooking wine.
Slice the green onion into 3–4 cm pieces.
Heat a pan with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and stir-fry the green onion for 2–3 minutes.
Push the green onion to one side of the pan and add the marinated beef. Cook on high heat.
Flip the beef once the bottom is cooked and continue cooking until fully done.
Mix the beef and green onion together while stir-frying. Add a dash of sesame oil and stir well.
Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
