- 🥩 300g beef belly
- 🌱 400g soybean sprouts
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp gochujang
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍶 3 tbsp cooking wine
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp dashida
- 2 pinches black pepper
手順
Wash 400g soybean sprouts and prepare 300g beef belly.
Heat a pan and cook 300g beef belly until browned on both sides.
Add 400g soybean sprouts to the pan with the cooked beef belly.
Pour the pre-mixed seasoning (gochujang, soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, minced garlic, dashida, black pepper) over the sprouts.
Stir and cook until the beef belly and soybean sprouts are well coated with the seasoning.
Serve the completed Beef Belly Soybean Sprout Bulgogi hot.
