- 1 cup chives, chopped
Beef Marinade
- 2 tbsp cooking wine

- 1/2 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp vinegar

- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds

Wash the chives and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the onion and soak it in cold water to remove the sharpness.
Marinate the beef brisket with cooking wine, minced garlic, and black pepper. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
