Main Ingredients
- 🥚 1 block tofu
- some kimchi
- 🥓 3 strips bacon
Seasonings
- 🧅 some chopped green onion
- 🧄 some minced garlic
- 1/3 tsp anchovy powder
- 🧂 some salt
- some black pepper
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- some cooking oil
手順
Prepare tofu, kimchi, bacon, minced garlic, and chopped green onion.
Crush the tofu into small pieces using your hands.
Heat a pot with a small amount of cooking oil and sauté the bacon.
Add kimchi to the pot and stir-fry. Pour a small amount of water for a stew-like consistency and add anchovy powder.
Add the crushed tofu, chili powder, soy sauce, and salt to the pot. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Finish by adding chopped green onion and minced garlic. Simmer until fully cooked.
