- 🥔 3 medium potatoes
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 2 small cups water
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp canola oil
手順
Peel the potatoes using a peeler, rinse them, and cut them into bite-sized cubes.
Rinse the cut potatoes again and drain them using a colander.
Heat a pan and add canola oil. Add the potatoes and stir-fry until lightly browned.
Pour 2 small cups of water into the pan.
Add soy sauce, sugar, and corn syrup to the pan. Stir well to combine.
Simmer on low heat until the potatoes are tender and the sauce thickens.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the dish, stir gently, and transfer to a serving plate.
