- 🥔 1/2 radish, peeled and sliced
- 🧅 1 onion, peeled and sliced
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can of tuna, drained
Seasonings
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A dash of black pepper
- 💧 550 ml water
手順
Peel and slice the radish into half-moon shapes, about 1 cm thick.
Peel and slice the onion into thin strips.
Mix soy sauce, fish sauce, chili powder, plum extract, corn syrup, cooking wine, minced garlic, black pepper, and 50 ml water in a bowl.
Layer the sliced onion at the bottom of a wide pot.
Place the sliced radish evenly on top of the onion layer.
Pour the prepared seasoning mixture evenly over the radish and onion.
Add 500 ml of water to the pot, cover, and cook on medium-high heat for 10 minutes.
Flip the radish slices, cover again, and cook on medium-low heat for 5–7 minutes until the radish is tender.
Add the drained canned tuna and stir gently for 30 seconds on low heat.
Optionally, drizzle sesame oil or perilla oil for added flavor before serving.
