- 200g shishito peppers
- 🧄 160g fresh garlic
- 🧅 1/2 onion, diced
Seasoning
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 8 tbsp water
- 1 stock cube
手順
Wash shishito peppers with stems intact, drain, and cut longer ones into bite-sized pieces.
Cut large garlic cloves in half.
Dice the onion into bite-sized cubes.
Combine soy sauce, fish sauce, corn syrup, water, and stock cube in a pan and bring to a boil.
Add garlic first, followed by shishito peppers and onions, stirring to coat evenly with the sauce.
Once the vegetables are tender and the sauce is absorbed, turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
