材料
Main Ingredients
- 🟫 1/2 block tofu
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion
- A small amount of grape seed oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tbsp oligo syrup
- 🧅 1/2 tbsp minced green onion
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🌰 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
- 💧 1/3 cup water
手順
Slice the tofu into 1cm thick pieces. Heat a pan with grape seed oil and pan-fry the tofu on both sides until golden brown.
Chop the green onion into small pieces and set aside.
Mix all the sauce ingredients together: soy sauce, red pepper flakes, oligo syrup, minced green onion, minced garlic, sesame oil, sugar, sesame seeds, and water.
Pour the sauce over the fried tofu.
Sprinkle the chopped green onion on top and cook the tofu again briefly.
Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly and the tofu is well-coated. Serve warm.
