Main Ingredients
- 🧈 290g tofu
Seasoning
- 7 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧅 3 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧄 1/3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/3 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 💧 50ml water
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
手順
Slice the tofu into thick pieces.
Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and fry the tofu until golden brown.
Mix soy sauce, green onion, minced garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, chili powder, and sugar to create the seasoning sauce.
Layer the fried tofu in a pot and pour the seasoning sauce over it.
Add 50ml of water and simmer on high heat until the sauce thickens.
Spoon the sauce over the tofu during cooking for better flavor absorption. Serve and enjoy.
