Main Ingredients
- 🍢 1/2 block tofu
- Adequate amount of perilla oil
Seasonings
- 🧂 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- 1 tbsp perilla powder
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 A small amount of minced green onion
手順
Cut the tofu into large pieces and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, chili powder, minced garlic, minced green onion, perilla oil, and perilla powder to make the sauce.
Heat a pan with perilla oil over medium heat and add the tofu.
Cook the tofu until golden brown on one side, then flip it over.
Spoon about 0.5 tbsp of the sauce onto each piece of tofu.
Cover the pan with a lid and simmer on low-medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
