Main Ingredients
- 🌿 300g celery
- 🧅 1 small onion
- 2-3 green chili peppers
- 2 red chili peppers
Seasonings
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍶 1.5 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 🌱 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🌰 a pinch of sesame seeds

Remove the leaves from the celery, clean, and cut into 5cm strips. Peel off the tough fibers from the celery stalks for a softer texture.

Slice the chili peppers lengthwise, remove the seeds, and cut into 4cm strips. Slice the onion into thick strips.

Mix all the ingredients with the seasonings. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 3 days to allow the flavors to develop.
