Main Ingredients
- 🍚 200g rice cakes
- 🧀 100g pizza cheese
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1/4 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp steak sauce
- 💧 1/4 cup water
手順
Combine all sauce ingredients in a small pan and simmer over medium-low heat, stirring until thickened.
Pan-fry the rice cakes in a lightly oiled pan until slightly crispy.
Dice the green and red bell peppers finely and set aside as garnish.
Place the skewered rice cakes on a baking tray and brush them generously with the prepared sauce.
Top the rice cakes with pizza cheese and sprinkle diced bell peppers on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 7 minutes or until the cheese melts.
