- 🍙 30 rice cakes
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1/3 red paprika, chopped
- 🧅 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 🧀 Mozzarella cheese as desired
Seasoning
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 🥢 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 2.5 tbsp sugar
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
手順
Chop the green chili, red paprika, and onion finely.
In a pan without oil, sauté the onion, green chili, and red paprika.
Add ketchup, gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, sugar, water, and minced garlic to the pan. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
Skewer the rice cakes and pan-fry them with oil until golden brown on both sides.
Place the skewered rice cakes on an oven-safe tray and generously brush them with the prepared sauce.
Top the rice cakes with sautéed vegetables and mozzarella cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 5–10 minutes until the cheese melts.
